Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CatchUp, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable platform policies.

2. CatchUp Platform

CatchUp provides digital tools for discovering work opportunities, publishing jobs, coordinating recruitment, accessing services and related participation activities.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account and using the platform lawfully.

One CatchUp account may provide access to multiple platform capabilities where eligible.

4. Job Opportunities

CatchUp may include jobs published directly by users and organisations as well as curated external opportunities.

CatchUp does not guarantee that a user will obtain employment, a visa, relocation approval, admission or any particular recruitment outcome. Hiring decisions remain with the relevant employer or recruitment entity.

5. External Sources

Some opportunities may redirect users to an original employer or authorised external recruitment source.

Users should review the employer's current requirements before submitting an application.

6. Paid Job Access

Certain job-application access features may require an active CatchUp subscription plan. Applicable pricing, limits and geographical access are shown before purchase.

7. Employers and Recruiters

Employers and recruiters must provide truthful information and must not publish fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or deceptive opportunities.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use CatchUp to:

  • Publish fraudulent jobs or impersonate another organisation.
  • Collect user information without lawful authority.
  • Distribute malicious software or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to CatchUp systems.
  • Misrepresent qualifications, employment or recruitment outcomes.

9. Verification and Moderation

CatchUp may review, moderate, restrict, remove or suspend listings or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, platform integrity, compliance or fraud prevention.

10. Intellectual Property

CatchUp branding, software and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party employer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Availability

We aim to keep CatchUp available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraud or applicable legal requirements.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

CatchUp provides technology for opportunity discovery and participation. Employment decisions, external application processes and third-party services remain the responsibility of the organisations involved.

User-to-User Arrangements and Payments

CatchUp helps users discover and connect with opportunities, workers, service providers, employers, requesters and other relevant participants.

Unless CatchUp expressly states otherwise for a specific feature, payments, pricing, work terms, service terms and other agreements between users are arranged directly between the parties involved.

CatchUp does not control or determine the amount one user must pay another user for work or services. Any budget, rate or expected amount displayed on CatchUp is information supplied for discovery, matching or discussion and is not, by itself, a payment guarantee or binding commitment by CatchUp.

CatchUp's Role

Unless expressly stated otherwise, CatchUp is not the employer, recruiter, employment agency, representative, contractor, payment processor, escrow provider or guarantor of a user-to-user transaction or agreement.

CatchUp may provide discovery, matching, communication, profile, verification-status, subscription, posting and access tools. These tools do not make CatchUp a party to an agreement made directly between users.

User Responsibility

Before entering into an arrangement, users should satisfy themselves about the identity, skills, credentials, suitability, scope of work, price, payment method, timing, location and other relevant terms of the person or organisation they choose to deal with.

Users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, licences, permits, employment requirements, tax obligations and professional or regulatory requirements that apply to their own activities.

Where a service involves children, elderly persons, regulated professional work, cross-border work or other higher-trust situations, users should take appropriate additional precautions and confirm any credentials or legal requirements that apply.
